Is there anything in particular I should wear to a styling session?
All dress codes are welcome (even your favourite PJ's!) however if you would like the comfort of throwing things on & off easily, a singlet & pants would be handy to try on most garments. If you have any frequently worn shoes, it would be great to wear them. Feel free to bring along another pair of shoes or any accessories to try things on with also.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Due to the nature of this business, if you cancel your appointment within 7 days of our scheduled styling date your 50% deposit will not be refunded. In order for your garments to be uniquely sourced for you we need to purchase these in advance. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, that is no problem - we can reschedule to a date that works for you so that you don't lose your initial deposit.
Can someone else take my appointment if I can no longer make it?
Your styling session is unique to you based on your style profile that is completed after booking. If you wish to give your appointment to someone else, you will need to do this at least 7 days prior to your session booking and complete & return an updated style form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to pay a deposit up front?
Due to the nature of this business, we require a 50% deposit at the time of securing your booking. This is because we go shopping to source you beautiful & unique garments relative to your lifestyle & taste before our styling session takes place. Please note, for online bookings we require the second half of payment prior to our scheduled appointment.
Roughly how much do each of the second hand garments cost?
Clothing prices will range from $15 up to $100 depending on the garments. There may be additional one-off, special pieces priced over $100.
How do I pay on the day?
You are welcome to pay via cash or bank transfer. We can find the most suitable option for you on the day.
Is it possible to be styled in my home rather than at your business location in Warkworth?
Yes, we are flexible to meeting your requirements. For any travel requests please don't hesitate to reach out to email@example.com. Travel may come at an additional cost depending on your location.
How many people can you style in groups?
We can style up to 4 people at a time however should you wish we accommodate for more, please reach out to us in advance so that we can secure additional resource. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible & get the most out of your time.

Do you provide refunds?
At this stage we do not provide refunds on items of clothing purchased. If you would no longer like your service booking & you cancel within the cancellation guidelines, you will be eligible for a refund.
